Jampa

Jampa is the more relaxed sister restaurant to PRU, in the Tri Vananda community in the north of the island. It holds a Michelin Green Star for sustainable gastronomy, and the menu is farm-to-table, with much of the cooking done over live fire.

The four-course Jampa Experience menu costs ฿2,900++ (about USD 86 before tax and service), and there is also an à la carte menu. Michelin names Gongpitak Boontanaveerapat as the chef. For the full fine-dining experience, book PRU ★ 4.4 at Trisara.

It is open Thursday to Monday from noon to 10pm, which makes it one of the few serious restaurants on the island that is good for a long lunch.

What a fabulous restaurant and amazing food and service. We went for a Birthday Celebration and they made the night amazing. The A La Carte menu was so amazing. We had the BBQ Sourdough bread and two other starters and they all we delicious. Then one Chicken course and a grouper course and wow the flavors were mouth watering. Desserts were yummy too. Wine selection is small, but very good quality. Cocktails are extremely creative and Mocktails are a Wow of you ate not drinking. Over the top. The acres of greenery are gorgeous. Jampa is DEFINITELY worth the trip and I am sire we will be back many more times. Great Job Jampa

The restaurant is surrounded by greenery, offering a peaceful setting. The menu is crafted to showcase the natural flavors of each ingredient with minimal seasoning so the freshness truly stands out. They also provide a farm tour allowing you to see where their vegetables come from.

What an incredible experience! We were so fortunate to dine at Jampa on Chef Rick Dingen's last day at the restaurant. This Dutch chef is truly a master - every single dish was an amazing journey of textures and flavors, perfectly balanced so that nothing dominates but everything contributes to this beautiful harmony that just excites your palate. The acidity was spot on, the spice level perfect, and there was this lovely sweetness throughout. It's sophisticated, elevated cuisine, but what really impressed me was how seamlessly he integrated local Thai ingredients and cultural touches into each dish. Chef Rick personally came to our table and assured us that his sous chef who's taking over and the entire team are exceptionally skilled and talented, so the restaurant will continue to deliver this outstanding quality. If you're a foodie, definitely follow Chef Rick Dingen's journey - he's staying in Phuket and is definitely someone to watch. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed - elegant but not stuffy, creating such a wonderful atmosphere. The staff are incredibly professional and genuinely warm, guiding you through the entire experience with perfect attention to detail. You really feel taken care of. One practical tip: it's not easy to navigate from the compound gate to the restaurant itself. Our taxi driver managed to find it on the way there, but on the way back, the driver got lost and ended up waiting for us by the security guard at the entrance. I'd recommend coordinating with the restaurant staff in advance - they're happy to provide transportation within the compound, which makes everything much easier. This is truly destination dining at its best - the farm-to-table concept, the wood-fire cooking, the zero-waste philosophy, and the genuine respect for local ingredients. If you're in Phuket and appreciate exceptional food, Jampa is an absolute must. We left feeling inspired and already planning our return visit.

ESPECTACULAR! The food, the service, the ambiance, location everything was perfect! I have a lot of food restrictions and my stomach was perfect after the meal, which confirms the HIGH quality of every ingredient. Afterwards BM showed me the farm which was impressive. Best possible way to end my trip! Thank you!

We booked a table for our dinner date, and they also offer a farm tour where they grow their own vegetables. The staff were very friendly, informative, and welcoming. The menu offers both a tasting course and à la carte options—this time we chose à la carte. However, we were surprised when the starters arrived all at once (each dish served at the same time), which made it hard to enjoy each plate thoughtfully. We asked if they could slow the pacing a bit. Our first main, the red mullet, was cooked very well. Unfortunately, the second main—the chicken—was a real letdown. The meat was very dry, as if it had been cooked twice. Disappointing overall, though they still deserve their Green Star.
