Kayuputi
Kayuputi is the oceanfront fine-dining restaurant at The St. Regis Bali Resort ★ 4.8 in Nusa Dua. The kitchen cooks pan-Asian food, served as an eight-course degustation or à la carte. Hokkaido scallop, Kiwami wagyu and whole Bali lobster are among its best-known dishes, and the wine list has held a Wine Spectator award for many years.
Degustation and brunch packages cost between IDR 1,250,000 and IDR 2,850,000 per person (about USD 70-160). Brunch is the big draw at weekends, with the St. Regis Brunch on Saturdays and the Astor Brunch on Sundays.
Lunch runs from noon to 3:30pm and dinner from 6pm to 10pm, and the dress code is smart casual. Nusa Dua faces east, so you won't see the sun set over the sea here. Lunch or brunch makes the most of the setting.
Guest Reviews
An absolutely exceptional dining experience at Kayuputi at The St. Regis Bali. We enjoyed the brunch set menu and every single course was superb — beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and full of flavour. It was truly worth every dollar and exceeded all expectations. The service was equally outstanding. The staff were attentive, warm, and professional, making the entire experience feel luxurious and seamless from beginning to end. The atmosphere, food quality, and overall experience were all world-class. Highly recommend Kayuputi for anyone looking for a special dining experience in Bali — we can’t wait to return!
Had an incredible dinner here with my wife. Absolute top tier. There's a clear reason Tatler consistently awards them as one of the best, because from the fresh oyster starter to that steak smoked right at our table, every single course hit the spot. Adi and his team took care of us all night. They explained every dish in detail without ever making it feel stiff or rushed. That dessert with the delicate crisp lattice design was incredible. We're already looking forward to coming back.
Celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary at Kayuputi and it was absolutely unforgettable. The food was nothing short of amazing—every dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly made us feel special throughout the entire evening. The restaurant itself is stunning, with elegant décor and a serene atmosphere that perfectly complemented the occasion. Hands down one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. Highly, recommend for anyone looking to celebrate something special or simply indulge in an exceptional dining experience.
We came to Kayuputi at The St. Regis Bali for lunch to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and it was genuinely one of the most memorable fine‑dining lunches we’ve had in Nusa Dua. The atmosphere felt elegant yet calm, and the whole experience was beautifully paced. The meal started with a delicate small bite (amuse‑bouche), followed by an excellent warm bread service served in a cast‑iron pan with a selection of condiments. Our tuna starter was fresh and refined, with bright, citrusy notes and beautiful presentation. The highlight for me was definitely the steak perfectly grilled, tender and juicy, served with a silky puree, greens, and a rich jus that pulled the plate together. Dessert was light and elegant (not overly sweet), and the petit fours at the end were a lovely final touch. Service was polished, warm, and attentive without feeling stiff and they made the birthday feel special in a very natural way. Highly recommended for a special occasion.
Spent our first wedding anniversary at this restaurant and from the minute we walked into the hotel until the minute we left the service and hospitality was second to none. Food was amazing; quality, presentation and the flavours were spot on. Please go and spend a night at this restaurant and enjoy wonderful drink, service and food. 10/10…

Apéritif
Apéritif is the fine-dining restaurant at Viceroy Bali, set above the Petanu River valley a short drive from central Ubud. The room is styled after a 1920s colonial dining salon, with its own bar. Executive chef Nic Vanderbeeken, who is Belgian, applies European technique to Indonesian ingredients. Tatler Best Indonesia named it one of the country's 20 best restaurants in both 2025 and 2026.

Cuca
Cuca is Jimbaran's most exciting restaurant and one of the most original dining concepts on the island. Chef Kevin Cherkas, who trained at elBulli and Arzak in Spain and at Daniel in New York, opened Cuca with Virginia Entizne in 2013. He brings a distinctly creative sensibility to a menu built around small, tapas-style plates designed for sharing. The setting is deliberately casual, an open-air pavilion surrounded by gardens, which belies the technical sophistication of the cooking.

Home by Chef Wayan
Home by Chef Wayan sits on Jalan Pantai Pererenan, just west of Canggu. Chef Wayan Kresna Yasa is Balinese, trained in Michelin-starred kitchens and later cooked for the Potato Head group, and he co-wrote the cookbook PAON. His own restaurant serves modern Balinese and Indonesian cooking in the style of a family table. Tatler Best Indonesia 2026 named it one of the country's 20 best restaurants, the only one in the Canggu area.
