Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay

We spent a wonderful 4 days and 3 nights here, and it was truly a highlight of our trip. **The Villa Experience** The villas are stunning and incredibly peaceful. It felt like we had our own private little world to retreat to. Despite the traditional beauty, the amenities are perfectly updated for modern needs—we had no issues with charging or using all our devices. A very thoughtful touch: the hotel provides sunscreen and insect repellent in the room, so you don't need to worry if you forgot to pack them! **Dining & Service** The breakfast spread was nice with a great selection to start the day. We also dined at two of the on-site restaurants, and both were excellent. A special shout-out to **Jala**; the staff there went above and beyond to fulfill our specific requests, and both the food and service were top-tier. Every staff member we encountered across the resort was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. **Location & Views** The resort is located right on a famous stretch of beach, perfect for sunset viewing. Unfortunately, the clouds blocked our view of the final sunset during our stay, but the atmosphere of the bay is still magical regardless of the weather. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a blend of Balinese charm and modern luxury.

Our stay at the Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay was absolute perfection. From the start, everyone knew our names - at breakfast, at the pool, everywhere. Dwi, in particular, was phenomenal, making our poolside experience special every day. Housekeeping surprised us with a beautiful honeymoon presentation on our last night, and they also celebrated Eric’s birthday in such a thoughtful way. The food was delicious, the drinks were amazing, and even the transportation was seamless with professional drivers. Every detail made our honeymoon unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team!

I arrived at Four Seasons Jimbaran after two very fullon weeks of travelling across three countries and five cities, pretty exhausted and run down. From the moment I arrived, the team were incredibly accommodating, kind, and genuinely caring. The resort itself is beautiful, and tthe views are epic, the villas are stunning, the bedding is Four Seasons elite comfortable, breakfast is excellent, and the location is calm, serene, and exactly what you want in Bali. Everything is maintained to an extremely high standard, there isnt antyhing you can flaw. What really stood out though was the people. The staff and management were consistently thoughtful, warm, and professional. Even at one point when I was feeling tense and not at my best, they handled everything with patience and grace, aand i am super thankful forthat. Absolutely nothing ever felt forced or scripted, just real care. They also arranged a doctor for me within hours when I wasn’t feeling well, which meant a lot and made the whole situation far less stressful. This is one of those places where you feel genuinely looked after. The level of service here is special, and I’m very grateful to the entire team. I look forward to many more trips to this resort in the future with family and friends. Thank You

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay. The customer service was truly unparalleled — we were completely spoilt from start to finish. Every single request was met with a genuine “with pleasure”, and this was consistent across the entire resort. We were always greeted with warm smiles, genuine attentiveness, and exceptional care, which made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. The staff were consistently helpful, polite, and proactive, and they even kindly accommodated our early check-in, which made such a positive start to our stay. A very special mention to Yuda, Popo, Diwi, and Wahyu, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Thank you for introducing us to authentic Indonesian and Balinese cuisine and for preparing incredible meals for us on multiple occasions — it was such a highlight of our trip. Our room was exceptionally spacious with breathtaking views, and the food throughout the resort was truly next level. We also really appreciated the extra care shown when we chose to use Grab to get around Bali — the team took the time to verify our driver each time to ensure our safety, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail and genuine concern for guests. From the moment we arrived after a 13-hour flight with two young children, the team set the tone. Having a temporary room ready on check-in day made an enormous difference—most hotels would have you wait in a common area until late afternoon. That small decision showed real empathy for traveling families and immediately made us feel cared for. Our daughter Nora just celebrated her 3rd birthday, and the attention she received was incredibly touching. The pastry team created a beautiful cake based on what we asked for—it would be hard to top both in execution and care. Vivi and Martini went above and beyond, showering Nora with birthday gifts and warmth that felt genuine, not performative. Their care never felt transactional—it felt sincere. The children’s play area deserves special mention. It’s exceptionally well designed, with clear thought given to children’s needs, comfort, and imagination. You can feel the intention behind it—this isn’t an afterthought, it’s hospitality extended to families in a very meaningful way. This is understated luxury at its best: intuitive service, grace without excess, and a team that truly understands how small, thoughtful gestures can leave a lasting impression. We’re very much looking forward to the remainder of our stay.
