Sundara Four Seasons Jimbaran
Sundara, at the Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay, is the south coast's premier dining destination. The setting is extraordinary: a vast infinity pool stretches toward the ocean, flanked by a venue that transitions seamlessly from day club to fine-dining room as the sun sets. By day it is a sophisticated beach club with strong cocktails and light bites; in the evening the kitchen shifts into a more ambitious register.
The dinner menu leans Mediterranean-Asian, with particular strengths in seafood. The tuna crudo is excellent, pristine fish with yuzu, shiso, and a whisper of chilli. The wood-fired dishes are consistently good, and the lobster, grilled simply and served with drawn butter, is hard to fault. Desserts skew technical and reward ordering.
Dinner runs around USD 70 to USD 100 per person with drinks, expensive by Bali standards, but the setting and execution justify the premium. Book a table near the pool for the full effect. Sunday brunch is a lavish affair popular with hotel guests and outside visitors alike.
Guest Reviews
Sundara at the Four Seasons is simply stunning. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean creates the perfect setting to unwind and watch the sunset. Being right above the sea makes the whole experience feel truly special. The cocktails were delicious and beautifully presented, and the staff were extremely kind and attentive throughout. It’s an exceptional spot to end the day, relaxed, elegant and with magnificent views. Highly recommended for a late afternoon or sunset experience.
Sundara is a masterclass in seaside elegance. The beach views are stunning, but the atmosphere is truly elevated by the spacious, high-end seating—you can really tell they didn’t skimp on the furniture or the layout. What stood out most was their cocktail menu; it’s brilliantly categorized by style (Bold, Botanical, etc.), making it easy to find exactly what you’re in the mood for. For the caliber of service and the "top-tier" environment, the pricing is surprisingly fair. A must-visit if you’re looking for a sophisticated spot to unwind.
I ordered their coconut crab salad, nasi goreng and their prawns. They'll give you sourdough bread with tomoto and eggplant dip, if paired with butter, it will compliment the dip. The coconut crab salad is so fresh and light, was quite hesitant about the combination at first but it turned out really tasty. The nasi goreng is delish as well. With prawns, egg and crackers. Honestly, the serving for nasi goreng can be good for 2. The prawns, it was so fresh and big and it's just wow. All of the dishes I ordered are a must try. The wait staff are very accommodating and friendly. I was dining alone and they made me feel comfortable the minute I sat on my chair. There was a solo act while you are eating and the sunset backdrop is just amazing. Unfortunately, there was rain so the sunset colors are not that fierce, but nonetheless, it was still amazing. The food is quite on the high side, but its worth it.
A classy spot part of the Four Seasons Hotel. Although it had an amazing infinity pool nice daybeds it lacks vibe and atmosphere. Not many visitors here as minimum spent is around 2.5m per couple. Beachfront is also full of youngsters playing balls and pretty loud. Service was very nice tough - we moved to the restaurant for food. All the food served with nice presentation. It was also a bit pricey and flank beef was dissappointing. But other than all staff was very helpful
Beautiful restaurant in a very beautiful location. You can enjoy the restaurant and the pool with amazing views. The food was good but very expensive, because the location I guess. The waiters are kind but for me they are annoying, she came more than 5 times to the table asking how the food was or other things. Personally, i like to have my meal in peace, without interruption, enjoying the place, the views and the food. I don't like questions. And maybe it was too much. But I can understand that those might be their standards. I would like to come back

More Restaurants in Bali

Cuca
Cuca is Jimbaran's most exciting restaurant and one of the most original dining concepts on the island. Chef Kevin Cherkas, who trained under Ferran Adrià at elBulli, brings a distinctly creative sensibility to a menu built around small, tapas-style plates designed for sharing. The setting is deliberately casual, an open-air pavilion surrounded by gardens, which belies the technical sophistication of the cooking.

Hujan Locale
If Locavore NXT points to Bali's culinary future, Hujan Locale is a love letter to its past. Chef Will Meyrick, a familiar name on the Southeast Asian food circuit, built the restaurant around heritage Indonesian recipes, many drawn from home cooks and family collections across the archipelago. The name means "local rain," and the menu reads like a tour of Indonesia's regional cuisines.

La Lucciola
For beachfront dining that genuinely delivers on the food, La Lucciola remains the Seminyak standard. Set right on Petitenget Beach with unobstructed sunset views, this Italian-leaning restaurant has operated since the mid-1990s and has outlasted countless trendier competitors. The reason is consistency: the kitchen executes Mediterranean-Italian cooking with reliable skill, the seafood is fresh, and the setting is genuinely beautiful.
