Onno Beach

Onno Beach is a free public beach in Onno, a hamlet of Oliveto Lario on the Lecco branch of Lake Como, on the Bellagio side of the lake. It lies on the SP583 road between Bellagio and Lecco, about 8 to 9 km south of Bellagio, and buses on that road stop nearby.

It is a natural pebble beach with no sunbeds, umbrellas or kiosk. Parking is limited, and the nearest refreshments are in the village. The lakebed deepens quickly, so supervise children and wear water shoes.

The beach gets the morning sun, dogs are allowed, and the water was approved for bathing in 2026. It is busy with locals on summer weekends and quiet on weekdays.

How can smokers enjoying nature not see the stupidity in leaving cigarette butts just there. Anyway, on twenty meters shoreline, there are no butts left for the moment as >>100 found their way to the trash can. By the way, it's beautiful there... And a SUP trip to the eastern shore of the lake is 1500 m long and takes you one way ~25 minutes.

Public beach. Parking €1,00 per hour. You need to be early though to find a parking spot. Perfect for family with children. There are tabacchi, tavola calda, trattoria, pizzeria nearby. Very good view of the lake and the sorrounding mountains. We love it!

Beautiful beach to swim and relax, close parking spot, the only cons are that there is not dressing rooms, nor toilets, and there are rocks instead of sand, so you better enter the water with flip flops or sandals.

Decent place to have a weekend outing with the friends and family. But it's very difficult to find parking in this place so it's better to go early in the morning to get the parking for car.
