Hotel Le Toiny
If seclusion is what you're after, Le Toiny delivers it with style. Set on a steep hillside above wild, windswept Toiny beach on the island's southeastern coast, this is the most private of St. Barts' major hotels. Each suite is essentially a standalone villa with its own plunge pool, terrace, and unobstructed ocean view.
The restaurant serves refined French-Caribbean cuisine against a backdrop of crashing surf and open sky. Le Toiny attracts a quieter, more discerning crowd — couples and honeymooners who want to disappear for a week.
It is not the place for nightlife seekers or those who want to walk to shops and restaurants, but that's precisely what draws its devoted guests. Nightly rates from EUR 1,100.
Guest Reviews
Le Toiny was nothing short of spectacular! We had an incredible week for our honeymoon and it was a trip we will never forget. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating they were there for anything and everything we could need. We loved the location of the hotel, a very serene and peaceful area of the island with a beautiful beach club. The food was the best we had on the island during our stay, hats off to the chef, our meals were great! Lastly, our villa with our own pool, looking out over the Caribbean was truly a dream, so relaxing!
Serious health issue , an experience that does not justify either the price or the reputation During my stay at this hotel, which is promoted as luxurious and comes with an extremely high price tag, after consuming food I experienced severe symptoms consistent with food poisoning. What was even more concerning than the health issue itself was the lack of immediate care, concern, and proper response from the hotel. At a moment when I was not feeling well, there was no sense of urgency or support one would expect from a property of this supposed standard. When paying such high rates, basic safety and responsibility should be a given. Unfortunately, neither was present here. Based on my personal experience, I would not return and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially to those who value their health and safety.
I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very serious case of food poisoning after eating food inside the hotel. The symptoms were severe and required medical attention. This was a very distressing and dangerous experience, especially during a stay that was supposed to be relaxing. I want to warn other guests to be very careful with the food served at the hotel. Food safety is extremely important, and in my case it was clearly not handled properly. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
Can't say enough good things about our recent stay at Le Toiny. The room was so comfortable, loved our villa pool, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the experience was top notch - loved the touches in the room to help improve the guest stay - flip flops, beach towels, sunglasses case, etc. and the property is stunning, beach very nice. They made a special celebration extra lovely. Can't wait to return in the future.
Fantastic food and service. Wonderful atmosphere. Such a beautiful place. Very nice friendly people. Loved it!

Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France
LVMH's flagship Caribbean property occupies a prime stretch of Flamands beach, arguably the island's most beautiful strand of sand. The aesthetic is barefoot luxury at its most polished: whitewashed walls, billowing linens, tropical gardens that feel wild despite meticulous curation.

Eden Rock
No conversation about St. Barts accommodation begins anywhere else. Eden Rock occupies a dramatic rocky promontory that divides St. Jean beach into two crescents, and its position alone would make it iconic. But the hotel earns its reputation through relentless attention to detail: individually designed suites, a Jean-Georges Vongerichten restaurant, and a wine cellar that reads like a love letter to Burgundy.
