The Nai Harn

I had a wonderful and very relaxing weekend at The Nai Harn Phuket. The location overlooking Nai Harn Bay is simply stunning, and my Ocean View Room with its spacious terrace was perfect for unwinding. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of high quality options, and Rock Salt served delicious food in a beautiful beachfront setting. The entire team was incredibly warm and welcoming, providing genuine Thai hospitality throughout my stay. Although the hotel has been around for some years, it is exceptionally well maintained. I highly recommend The Nai Harn Phuket and look forward to returning.

This was our second trip to the Nai Harn for me and my wife to celebrate our 30th Birthdays. We loved it that much the first time around we came back for a longer stay, and wished we could never leave!! We loved: - THE BREAKFAST, wow the breakfast and the quality of the food is amazing, something we expected for a Michelin awarded hotel, but it was something we looked forward to each morning, for me the granola berry yoghurt pots and pastries were a highlight. - The cocktails on the reflections bar at happy hour, we loved the Lady Nai Harn and Rum-ble cocktails particularly. - The availability of sun beds by the pool, there was never any concern about sunbeds by the pool, always plenty available, with fresh towels and the occasional smoothie/juice shots free when spending the day around the pool. - The exclusive use of the deck chairs and umbrella’s on the beach next to the Rock Salt restaurant, this was really nice. - THE STAFF, Thai people are so accommodating and the Nai Harn staff can’t do enough for you, the service, friendliness and overall hospitality was amazing, thank you all!! - The bed, the bed was one of the most comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in and huge too! - The location, the view from each room is gorgeous with a sea view and a small walk to the beach. A little longer into Rawai to restaurants but still accessible. - We checked out at 4:45am with a taxi at 5am for an early flight and even a breakfast box was made up for us to take on the journey to the airport, such a nice touch! We didn’t like: - Nothing. Thank you Nai Harn and we can’t wait to return again!

We had a wonderful stay at The Nai Harn as a couple. The hotel is beautifully located with stunning views and a very relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, well-maintained, and most importantly, we slept extremely well every night thanks to the comfortable bed and peaceful surroundings. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and the overall experience felt luxurious and relaxing. It’s the perfect place for couples looking to unwind and enjoy the quieter side of Phuket. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast experience. While the food selection was good, there were quite a lot of flies in the breakfast area, which made dining a little less enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return to The Nai Harn in the future.

An incredible stay from start to finish. The attention to detail was unlike anywhere we’ve stayed before! They really think of everything so you don’t have to. Check-in was seamless, our bags were taken straight to our room while we relaxed with a complimentary drink, and payment was taken from the comfort of the bar. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, with genuinely friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Our sea view suite upgrade was a lovely surprise, housekeeping brought freshly baked cookies and pastries every day, water was constantly restocked, there were loose-leaf teas, and the evening turndown service was a lovely touch. The hotel was immaculate everywhere. The food was outstanding and definitely worth booking half board. The breakfast spread was one of the best we’ve had, with everything from a fresh egg station to homemade pastries, hash browns, sausages and even gluten-free options. The pool area was fantastic too - plenty of sunbeds thanks to their thoughtful sunbed etiquette policy, attentive food and cocktail service to your lounger, ice cream, and happy hour moving between different venues throughout the afternoon/evening. A very special thank you to Poopae and Toon - you were both absolutely amazing and made our stay even more memorable. We can’t wait to return!

Views and proximity to the beautiful Nai Harn beach set The Nai Harn apart! Service was phenomenal from everyone we encountered. Right on the each with all beach amenities included. Pool views are breathtaking! Breakfast was the best I had in Phuket set over the top by the cold brewed coffees, Thai tea station, local honeys, and the made to order station. Upgraded to the Ocean Grand View room and definitely worth the view! Rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, large walk-in shower with a skylight and a separate tub. I loved the bathroom could be opened to the rest of the room or separated.
