So i politely greeted them and asked if we were allowed to go inside and if they could kindly direct us towards somebody who could help with our enquiry. One of them shut me off, blocked our way and went, \"No no. We dont hold weddings here\" and turned towards his colleague right after saying that. My fiance and I didnt read much about that at the time UNTIL fast forward to today when we stumbled on a blog, listing this exact freaking hotel as one of the WEDDING VENUES in their 'Weddings in Italy' feature!\nIf walk in guests arent allowed in the property, I would completely understand that but they could have at least told us to book an appointment or told us they have a restaurant inside where we could maybe, uhm, book a table to dine?! They also have their own private beach club which is plus if you want to avoid the crowded areas. We also dined at Zass and Il Carlino (the two on-site restaurants) which were very good. The hotel provides shuttle service to Positano city center and water taxi to the main Positano beach as well which was very convenient. Breakfast is included and the best of what we had in our time in Italy. All the rooms, restaurants, and common areas all have stunning views of either Positano or Praiano. The Infinity pool is beautiful though too cold for me to swim this time of year (unless you’re from the Nordics😜). The staff happily shuttled us to town and back. Valet parking made easy at €75 per night (perking is pretty tough along the coast so this was good).\nOur highlight was the pizza class with chef Dominico. I believe they offer that twice weekly at €50 per participant. Dominico is a great guy. The class was lots of fun, instructive and his pizza was hands down THE best we’ve had in Italy (and we’ve tried many).
