Tambu is a progressive Indian restaurant set in a rooftop tent at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong, above Tri Trang Beach. Chef Saurabh Sachdeva, an Iron Chef Thailand winner, cooks over charcoal, and the shiso leaf chaat has become the restaurant's calling card.

It ranked No. 5 in the TOP25 Restaurants Phuket and Southern Thailand awards for 2025 and is in the Michelin Guide for 2025 and 2026. The main offer is an eight-course tasting menu, Roots 2.0.

Tambu is open daily from 6pm to 11pm, with lunch on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 2:30pm.
