Nitan is the strongest independent tasting menu in the Bang Tao and Cherngtalay area. It serves contemporary Southern Thai food in a small, intimate room on Si Sunthon Road and is in the Michelin Guide.

The current menu, Soil & Sea, launched in April 2026: five courses plus petit fours for ฿3,900++ (about USD 116 before tax and service), with caviar and drinks pairings as extras.

Nitan is open Wednesday to Sunday from 7pm to 10pm. Book ahead, as the room is small.
