The four-course Jampa Experience menu costs ฿2,900++ (about USD 86 before tax and service), and there is also an à la carte menu. Michelin names Gongpitak Boontanaveerapat as the chef. For the full fine-dining experience, book at Trisara. It is open Thursday to Monday from noon to 10pm, which makes it one of the few serious restaurants on the island that is good for a long lunch.
