The Cave seats 22 guests inside a natural limestone cave beneath The Edge resort in Uluwatu. Chef Ryan Clift, best known for Tippling Club in Singapore, designed the menu. Between courses, projections on the cave walls change the scene around the table.

There are two tasting menus: seven courses for IDR 2,150,000++ (about USD 120 before tax and service) and ten courses for IDR 2,600,000++ (about USD 145). Wine pairings bring the total to between IDR 3,900,000++ and IDR 4,350,000++.

There is a lunch sitting at 12:30pm and dinner sittings at 5:30pm and 9pm. The Cave is closed on Mondays. Reservations are required. Because it is underground there is no sunset view, so plan a drink on the clifftop before dinner.
