Santanera occupies a three-storey building on Jalan Tanah Barak in Canggu, with a dining room, private dining and a rooftop bar. Colombian chef Andrés Becerra cooks Latin American food with European technique and Balinese produce. Tatler Best Indonesia 2026 named it one of the country's 20 best restaurants.

The kitchen smokes, ferments, marinates and grills over charcoal. Empanadas, ceviche mixto and dry-aged duck are among the dishes most associated with the restaurant. The rooftop is the place for a drink before dinner.

Santanera is priced at the top end of the Canggu market. It is open daily from noon, with the kitchen serving lunch until 4pm and dinner from 5pm until 10pm. Book through the restaurant's website or WhatsApp.
