Rumari is the signature restaurant at Raffles Bali in Jimbaran. Chef Gaetan Biesuz serves progressive tasting menus. Tatler Best Indonesia 2026 named it one of the country's 20 best restaurants and gave it the Best Service award. It is also billed as Indonesia's only Krug Ambassade, a restaurant officially recognised by the Champagne house.

There are two ways to eat here. The main dining room serves tasting menus from IDR 3,000,000++ (about USD 165 before tax and service). Rumari Counter seats 10 diners facing the kitchen, Wednesday to Sunday, from IDR 4,235,000 net (about USD 235).

Rumari is one of the most expensive meals in Bali. Book well ahead, especially for the Counter.
