Mauri is Seminyak's most decorated restaurant right now. Chef Maurizio Bombini cooks contemporary food from Puglia, in the heel of Italy, on Jalan Petitenget, with herbs and vegetables from the restaurant's own rooftop hydroponic garden. Tatler Best Indonesia 2026 named it one of the country's 20 best restaurants.

You can order à la carte or choose between two tasting menus, Signature and Discovery. The room is more formal than most of Seminyak, which suits a special occasion.

The tasting menus start from IDR 980,000++ (about USD 54 before tax and service), and mains start from around IDR 290,000++. Dinner is served nightly from 6:30pm, with lunch on Fridays and Saturdays and brunch on Sundays from 11:30am. Book well ahead for July, August and the year-end holidays.
