Ijen sits on Petitenget Beach inside Desa Potato Head in Seminyak. When it opened in 2017 it was billed as Indonesia's first zero-waste restaurant, and it reopened in 2026 under head chef Albert Susanto. The menu changes with the day's line-caught fish, cooked over open fire.

Dishes have included fish rillettes, prawns with house-made kosho, chargrilled octopus with romesco and a noodle dish made from fish bones. The zero-waste approach still shapes how the kitchen uses each fish.

Mains start from around IDR 85,000++ (about USD 5). Ijen faces west over the sea, so book an early-evening table for sunset.
